    New
      • SALES TAX SETTINGS
        Set up sales tax exemptions for each state in the new State Sales Tax Setting located in the System section of the Company Settings.
    Enhancements
      • CALENDAR
        The Calendar now has faster load times! Additionally, we increased the appointment block size to display more information and added support for dragging appointments to different days. The Calendar also temporarily saves the day(s) selected when navigating away until you hard refresh or log out.
      • CUSTOMER INSTALLED STATUS
        Customer records can now be set to Installed status by turning on the slider on the Customer Installation section of the Customer tab. You no longer need to have an appointment associated with this for the status to update.
      • COMPANY EQUIPMENT TAG FILTER
        The Company Equipment list now includes a Tags filter to easily find equipment items with specific tags.
      • ENABLE/DISABLE CREDIT BUREAUS
        Admins can now disable or enable credit bureaus to prevent or allow credit checks to be run.
    Fixed
      • SPEED IMPROVEMENTS
        We have found and fixed a some issues with slowness. Additionally, we are still continuing to test and improve overall performance.
      • INTERNATIONAL PHONE NUMBERS
        Phone numbers with country codes are now being displayed correctly.
      • INVOICES
        When adding un-invoiced items or items from packages to an invoice, the amounts and quantities are now being displayed in the same format.
      • DROPDOWNS
        We are continuing to fix dropdowns that falling behind the windows and not fully visible. We have fixed several to overlay so they are easier to see.

      Enhancements
        • TAGS FILTER
          Finding a Customer or Lead with a specific tag or tags just got easier by using the newly added Tags Filter on both the customer and leads lists.
      Fixed
        • INVENTORY
          A few issues with Spillage reports have been fixed and are ready to be used.
        • PERMISSION POLICIES
          Permission Policies that combine more than one item in one policy are now working as expected.
        • ADT RESHELL
          Issues with unlinking and trying to Re-shell an ADT account are now fixed.
        • FILTERS
          The Assigned To filter is now working on all applicable lists.
        • PERMISSIONS
          Permission Attributes are again showing correctly.

      SecurityTrax development is ongoing to provide you with the best product. We are focusing on more internal testing and fixing bugs quicker to help improve the overall performance and user experience. In this release there are several fixes to bugs we found internally, some of which are listed below. We hope you are liking what you see!

        Enhancements
          • SALES REP PERMISSIONS
            There are new permission settings for scheduling sales appointments. Previously we just had a ‘Scheduling Profiles’ permission. That has been split into a ‘Sales Scheduling Profiles’ and a ‘Tech Scheduling Profiles’. With this release we automatically applied these new permissions to any group that previously had the scheduling profile permissions. This will allow for separate permissions for both sales and tech appointment scheduling.
          • MOBILE LINKS
            Customer and Lead phone numbers and addresses are now links when viewed on mobile devices. Select the links to make a call or look at an address on a map.
          • REPORTS
            Customer and Lead reports now include the ‘Updated at’ data point. Add this while editing your report.
          • ADT UPDATES
            Two updates for ADT. You now only need one set of credentials for the integration. We have also added the ‘House Account Suppress QSP’ slider in the Account Data section.
        Fixed
          • MOBILE
            We are improving the UI and views on mobile to improve usability and flow. This includes updating menu options; changing the size of fonts, windows, and buttons; and other improvements throughout the site.
          • CUSTOMER ACCOUNTING
            We fixed a few minor bugs on Customer Accounting as well as we made some improvements on labeling items and other small UI fixes.
