ORDER
Following the creation of a customer, an Order is the combination of individual equipment, an equipment package, monitoring plan, and central station / monitoring company selection.
ORDER TEMPLATES
Many many clicks have been reduced to few. Create pre-defined templates which include equipment to be installed, monitoring plan, monthly charges, and central station / monitoring company. Significantly streamline the creation of a customer by applying an Order Template.
WORK ORDERS
After equipment has been applied to a customer, quickly identify what work needs to take place (i.e. installation, service, etc.) along with the date, time, and who will be performing the work.
