Alarm.com dealers no longer need to play ‘Hide and Seek’ with their customers. We will help you find them quickly with the new Alarm.com customer lookup tool. We also made it easy for ADT dealers to compare ADT customer data with the customer data in SecurityTrax. Plus, we added, enhanced or fixed a bunch of other stuff too.

Improvements
  • FASTER LOAD TIMES
    We popped the hood and tweaked a few things to make customer pages load faster so you don’t need to wait to see your customers’ data.

  • ENFORCED TAGS PERMISSIONS
    We updated the tool used to apply and remove tags (customer tags, notes tags, tasks tags, etc.) to be more flexible and allow better feedback to users who don’t have the proper permissions to perform an action.

  • DATA AUTO-POPULATION
    We implemented auto-population on certain data fields to eliminate the need for you to re-enter data that we can fetch for you.

  • ORDERED LIST OF MONTHLY CHARGES
    We numerically ordered the values in the Monthly Charge field to make it easier for you to find the desired value.

Fixed
  • EDIT APPOINTMENTS
    We fixed an issue that prevented a user from editing an appointment on a customer’s Appointments page.

  • CALENDAR DRAG AND DROP
    We fixed an issue that prevented a user from using drag and drop to move appointments on the calendar.

  • CUSTOMER LIST STARS
    We fixed an issue that prevented a user from being able to star or un-star a customer on the Customer List.

  • USER’S NAME
    We fixed an issue that was preventing the logged in user’s name from appearing in the upper right corner of the application.

  • CUSTOMER FILE UPLOAD
    We fixed an issue that was preventing a user from uploading a file on a customer record in certain situations.

  • ADT BILLING FREQUENCY
    The Billing Frequency field used when shelling an account with ADT magically disappeared so we brought it back.

  • MINOR FORMATTING ISSUES
    We tidied up a few things that were out of place to make the layout of certain pages cleaner and easier to read.
