Enhancements

- CREATE CUSTOMER WIZARD
  We have made some improvements to our Create Customer Wizard including adding a Back button to every step of the wizard.

- CUSTOMER LIST PAGINATION
  We have added pagination to the customer list. You can now easily navigate from first to last page and anywhere in between.

Fixed

- CREATE CUSTOMER WIZARD BUGS
  A few things in the Create Customer Wizard were not working the way they were meant to, so we fixed those.
