New

- TECH SETTINGS
  User’s Admin settings now includes Tech Settings. This will show up if a User has a Technician role assigned. In the Roles section of a User record, you can manage the Technician’s settings such as the Coverage Radius. Learn more…

Enhancements

- LISTS FORMAT
  We improved the way lists display information. For example, we improved the way names are shown. They will now be listed in the following format: Last Name, First Name. Also, phone numbers will now be formatted to: (XXX) XXX-XXXX.

Fixed

- MONITORING PLANS
  We fixed a bug that was causing issues and not showing the correct Monitoring Plans.

- CUSTOMER LIST FILTERING
  We had an issue on the Customer List where the filtering by Install Date was not working properly, but that has been fixed.

- USERS BY TECHNICIANS FILTER
  We fixed a bug that was causing issues and not filtering Users by Technicians when it was supposed to only show Technicians.
