Enhancements
    • GROUP ROLES
      We have updated the Group Roles to include Task Assignee, At-Risk Assignee, and Work Order Assignee. We also removed Lead Admin. It is important that you or your admin go into the group permissions and update the roles that best apply. Note: Some of these roles are not usable yet as those feature are not yet fully ready in V3.
    • PREFERRED DATE ON PAYMENT METHOD
      You can now set the Preferred Start Date and Preferred Day of the Month fields on Payment Methods.
    • STAGES ACCOUNT NUMBER REQUEST
      When adding an account number on a Stages customer record, you can now click on the Add button to Request the next Account Number from the Account Number Block set in Admin.
    • ADT WORKFLOW
      When creating an account with the ADT Workflow, if the PreCheck fails you will not be able to click on the Shell Account button to prevent errors.
Fixed
    • TAGS
      All Tags are now showing up. We fixed the bug that was causing some to not show up.
    • ADMIN USER LIST
      The Groups filter on the User List is now showing all groups.
    • CUSTOMER FILES
      Users without DocuSign permissions can now view the Files page of a Customer record without issues.
    • CUSTOMER WORKFLOW
      We found and fixed a few bugs in the Customer Workflow that were, on rare occasions, causing customer record duplication.
    • CUSTOMER ACCOUNTING
      When creating an Invoice or Recurring Invoice you will no longer see odd behavior like the invoice changing to a Credit Memo or strange tax errors preventing the saving.
    • USER INFORMATION
      There are no longer issues with editing and saving the User’s Information.
    • STAGES
      When shelling an account with a Stages Central Station, you will now see errors from the Central Station that may not allow you to shell.
    • PERMISSION POLICIES
      A few Policy types were getting errors when saving. That has been fixed.
    • TASK TAGS
      You can now click and view Tags on Tasks lists with no issues.
