The button previously named Remote ToolKit is now called Tech Tools. This button has a dropdown option where you can select Remote ToolKit or Tech Tools and be navigated there. With Single Sign On enabled, these options will take you directly to the same customer’s Remote Toolkit or Tech Tools.

- BIRTHDATE AND SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER
Users with Create and Modify Customer permissions will be able to enter the Birthdate and Social Security Number on a Customer Record once. After that this data will be masked. Note: For Users to modify these data points, they will need the Modify permission for each of these.

There were a few issues fixed on the ADT Megaform such as issues with creating an Emergency Contact with only a first or last name. You will now see an error if that is attempted.
