    New
      • QUICK ADD
        While on a customer or lead record, you will see a new Quick Add button on the toolbar that is accessible from anywhere on the record. Select this to see a list of options available to quickly create without navigating away from the current page you are on.
    Enhancements
      • DEFAULTS – LEADS
        This new section in Defaults under the Systems section of the Company Settings allows you to set some defaults on Leads.
      • WORKFLOWS
        All Workflows will now pre-populate the Sales Rep to the logged in user, if the logged in user has a Sales Rep role.
      • LISTS
        Purchase Orders on company inventory and the Work Order list on customer records have had some additional columns to provide more details without needing to open each item.
      • PAYABLES
        We have added several new values to the Payables formula calculations options. For a full list see Learn more…
      • INVOICE TYPES
        When creating a Recurring Invoice, Invoice, or any other Accounting document like this, the Pre-Populated options are sometimes disabled for different reasons. We have added a message bubble to help explain when these are not available options.
    Fixed
      • INVOICE PDF
        A couple things have been fixed on the Invoice PDF. First, on commercial accounts, the PDF now shows the Business Name as well as the Business Contact. And secondly, when adding un-invoiced equipment to the Invoice, items are now listed in a row with a total quantity instead of each item listed separately in individual rows.
      • COMPANY ACCOUNTING
        The issue causing the Company Accounting page to not load if you were missing a permission, has been fixed. You no longer need full permissions for each section of the company accounting feature to see any part of it.

        • NOTE TYPES
          You can now create and manage your Note Types in the Company Settings section in the Admin menu.
      Enhancements
        • ALARM.COM
          The Default Notifications option can now be set when creating an Alarm.com customer or commitment through SecurityTrax.
        • ADT
          When qualifying an ADT customer, you will now have the option to add the ‘Address 2’ when adding a previous address.
      Fixed
        • COPS
          We have fixed the issue that caused an error asking for a passcode in the COPS manage account window when the field was not empty.
        • ADT
          When setting up the ADT Integration settings, there is no longer an issue where the names are being cleared out when you are at the bottom of the window.
        • CREDIT REPORT FAIL
          We have updated the credit report fail message to better explain what we get back from the credit bureau.

        Enhancements
          • GLOBAL SEARCH
            The Global Search has been updated to allow for searching of All search categories. To do this simply select what you want to search for and in the Search by dropdown, select All. Please note that if you switch the search by to a numeric only field, any letters typed in will be removed from the search.
          • INVOICE PDF
            We have updated the format on Invoice PDFs so that when printed, only the mailing address will appear in envelope windows.
          • CUSTOMER LIST
            On the customer list, you can now click anywhere on the row to open the customer record including the customer name.
          • WORK ORDERS
            A new section on Work Orders called Work Order Appointment Details shows the Number of Appointments and The Duration of Appointments which is the total time from when the technician checks in till they check out.
          • OFFICE LOCATION – EQUIPMENT DETAILS
            The Equipment Details on Office Locations now allow for sorting by column and by default will be sorted alphabetically.
          • TAGS
            Tags has a new Icon everywhere. We made the icon bigger and made the counter blue for easier visibility. Also, all pending equipment (e.g. Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Spillage Reports, and RMAs) now allows for tags to be applied.
          • PAYABLES
            A couple of updates to Payables. First, when you are creating or editing a payable entry you can now assign a Payee to a Payable Entry Level in the newly added section on the level page. Also, when duplicating a line item in a Payable Entry, the name of the duplicated line will no longer include the word “duplicate” as it is unnecessary in this case.
        Fixed
          • INVOICES
            When sending an invoice via email, the send subject was showing the incorrect name. This has now been fixed.
          • CENTRAL STATION – UNLINK
            Unlinking a customer from a Central Station you are no longer using is now possible. On the Central Station section of the customer you will now see an Unlink button whenever the Central Station integration has been disconnected for whatever reason.
          • BOLD
            When shelling a customer to Bold with an account number that has previously been shelled, you will see a warning message notifying you of this. You will still be able to continue shelling, but will now be aware of the account number is already in use with Bold.
          • DOCUSIGN
            Provisioned at date is now working as expected in the DocuSign Integration settings.
