      • ADT
        Our ADT integration has been updated with the new Linked Orders tab; Care Notes under Dealer Hub; and added System Move and System Move Order ID in the Account Data section of the order. Please note that some of these additions will only show up when applicable.
      • COMPANY SETTINGS – TAGS
        Filters have been added to the Tags Company Settings to help you easily find what you are looking for.
      • ACCOUNT NUMBER BLOCKS
        Account Number Blocks are now available for all monitoring companies set up in SecurityTrax regardless of which central station is selected, if any.

      • CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT
        Users can now add customer equipment using the Add Multiple Items option without needing the group/view permission.
      • CREDIT RUNS
        Errors when running a credit report will now be shown instead of just showing a red save button.
      • PURCHASE ORDER PERMISSIONS
        Users no longer need the equipment_vendors/manage_connector permission in order to save or update a Purchase Order.
      • SLOT SCHEDULING PROFILE
        We optimized the Slot Scheduling Profile for sites with large number of technicians so that it will no longer time out.
