New
    • UPDATED NAVIGATION
      When using a larger screen, Home and Customers are neatly centered at the top. Find Home and Customers within the ‘stacked’ menu (upper left corner) on smaller devices. ‘Create +’ has been condensed to a ‘+’ next to the Search icon on all screen sizes. Click or tap your company name in the upper left corner to display a new menu featuring General and Company tools like Reports, Calendar, Tasks, and Inventory. Additionally, with the applicable Permission settings, you would find Administrative tools to add new Users or adjust Company Settings. ‘Human Resources’ has been changed to ‘Users & Permissions’.
    • UPDATED USER HOME
      The temporary Home page has been replaced with a left-hand nav including Tabs determined by the User’s Role(s). New cards displaying the total number of Appointments, Work Orders, and Tasks assigned to the User are now visible on the Home Dashboard along with set of ‘Today’ cards displaying the same information only for ‘Today’.
    • USER NOTIFICATION SETTINGS
      You can now set Notifications on the User’s record under Users & Permissions.
Enhancements
    • IMPROVED LOOK AND FEEL
      You will notice that the menus and search options have a new and improved look and feel for better usability.

    • CALENDAR VIEW PERMISSION
      We received some questions on how to view all Technician appointments on the calendar. So, we created a new permission called Calendar View in the Calendar Events section of the Permissions. Giving this permission to a User will allow them to view all Technician appointments on the Calendar.
    • PERMISSIONS UPDATE
      An updated Permissions UI simplifies Group creation as well as adding Users to existing Groups. It will now be easier to: Name your Group, Select Roles and Permissions, and Add Users. Learn more…

      Capture warning signs related to customer attrition and maximize the likelihood of keeping their business with our new V3 feature At Risk Learn more….
Enhancements
    • NOTIFICATION SETTINGS
      We updated the look and feel for the Global Notification Settings to make it easier for everyone to understand and use this feature.
    • USER ROLES
      When you look at a User’s Permission settings, you will now see the Roles assigned to them.
Fixed
    • CUSTOMER PAYMENTS
      You can now add and apply Manual Payments to a customer with no issues.
    • WORK ORDER APPOINTMENTS
      We noticed and fixed an issue that was causing the Work Order Scheduling Calendar was not working too well on smaller screens.
    • ADT CREATE CUSTOMER WORKFLOW
      We fixed issues with the ADT Create Customer Workflow on Firefox where the PreCheck slider wasn’t working.

Enhancements
    • ADT CREATE CUSTOMER WORKFLOW
      We updated the ADT Create Customer Workflow to include all required fields necessary to successfully shell an account with ADT.
    • PAYMENT METHOD
      To help make it clear what these fields mean, we have updated the names from Billing Start Date to Preferred Start Date and from Billing Date to Preferred Day of the Month.
    • TASKS
      We are improving how Tasks are listed to show the highest priority tasks first.
Fixed
    • TASKS
      Tasks with no priority will now be listed with None as the priority instead of a default Medium. The Assignee issue is also fixed so that won’t disappear anymore.
    • UCC
      Device Types are now showing up when shelling with UCC.
    • CENTRAL STATIONS
      When we receive errors from the Central Stations, we will now display them for you.
    • CALENDAR
      We fixed a few issues with the Calendar, including issues with the wrong date being set when moving appointments; issues preventing moving of an appointment between technicians; and we also fixed the date picker so you can now choose a specific date.
    • CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT
      Bulk updates on Customer Equipment is now working correctly.
    • CREATE CUSTOMER WORKFLOWS
      There was some problems on the Create Customer Workflows when going back a step or two, but we got those all fixed now.
