Subprocessors

To provide the SecurityTrax Services, SecurityTrax LLC engages certain third parties (“subprocessors”) that may process Customer Data on our behalf. This page lists our current subprocessors. It supplements the subprocessor disclosure in our AI Terms of Service and the Third-Party Services described in our Software as a Service Agreement.
This list does not include third-party services that you, as a customer, choose to connect to your own account (for example, your own monitoring station, accounting, e-signature, or messaging provider); those are governed by your agreements with those providers, as described in the Software as a Service Agreement.
Current Subprocessors

| OpenAI OpCo, LLC (“OpenAI”) | Powers the SecurityTrax Intelligence AI features (large language model processing). | The permission-filtered customer and lead data submitted to the AI features, as described in the AI Terms of Service. SecurityTrax accesses OpenAI through its commercial API under terms that prohibit OpenAI from using submitted data to train its models. |
Changes to This List
We may update this list from time to time as our subprocessors change. The “last updated” date below reflects the most recent change. Where an applicable data processing agreement requires it, we will also provide notice of new subprocessors.
