Release Notes — July 29, 2026

New

  • SecurityTrax API — a brand-new REST API with full read and write access to your data: customers, leads, notes, contacts, equipment, invoices, billing, payments, payables, funding, tags, user-defined fields, users, groups, locations, and appointments. Complete API documentation is now publicly available, including per-field details on validation and writability.
  • All At-Risks page — a new company-wide view of every at-risk customer in one place, with filtering, a last-contact column, and inline editing so you can work the list without opening each customer.
  • Alarm.com import wizards — import customers and users directly from Alarm.com. Includes branch filtering, managing-dealer detection, a customer join-date filter, and options to update existing records instead of only creating new ones.
  • More central station connections — Bold, COPS, and API Monitoring central stations can now be managed right from the customer Connections tab, alongside your existing monitoring integrations.
  • Customer note contact tracking — record whether and how a customer was contacted on each note. Enable it from Global Settings and configure your contact options under Administration.
  • Quick-add for rates, contract terms, and activation fees — create a new rate, contract term, or activation fee on the spot while editing a customer or building an order template, without leaving for the Administration area.
  • What's New at sign-in — product updates and helpful tips now appear when you sign in, so your team hears about new features as they ship. You can opt out in your preferences.

Improved

  • Electronic documents — templates now support radio-button fields and a wider set of auto-populated values; fields can be limited to specific signer roles; documents can route to signers sequentially, in order; and recipients now show a "Sent" status so you can see exactly where a document stands.
  • Leads and ADT PreCheck — Monitored By and Dealer Number can now be set while editing a lead, and the PreCheck card has been redesigned with a clearer status display and actions.
  • Order and equipment forms — the Sold By field now defaults to the signed-in user on new orders and equipment, saving a click on every entry.
  • User-defined fields — UDF management can now be delegated with more granular permissions, and UDF display, placement, and filtering behave consistently across screens.
  • Inventory transfers — transfers are now capped at the source's available on-hand quantity, with clear messaging when a requested amount exceeds what's available.
  • Customer creation — a Central Station abort code can now be set on the Contacts step of the customer-create wizard.
  • Tokens and AI — Tokens now has its own page under Account Management, and AI-powered screens show clearer guidance when AI features aren't enabled for your account.
  • Payroll levels — deleting a payable row now asks for confirmation before removing it.

Fixed

  • Customer reports — a report could fail to load entirely when a single customer contact contained unreadable characters; the affected field is now left blank instead. The Source Tags column could also show incorrect values.
  • Invoice email — emailing an invoice now defaults to the billing email configured in Billing Settings instead of always using the customer's primary email.
  • Lead conversion — converting a lead to a customer could fail with a location validation error.
  • Customer-create wizard — revisiting the Order step no longer re-applies the selected order template, which could previously duplicate order items.
  • Connections tab — the Alarm.com commitment and credential prompts now open reliably, and the page recovers correctly after connection errors.
  • Payroll levels — rows could render out of alignment after deleting a payable row.
  • Customer page — corrected the layout of the rate (MMR) section on the customer screen.
  • General responsiveness — pages could occasionally stop responding to clicks until refreshed; this has been addressed.
  • Payables and payments — corrected validation when saving payables and payments.
